“Allow your passion to become your purpose, and it will one day become your profession.”

Hi friends! My name is Danielle Heimericks, and I’m the mama of three beautiful kiddos: Hudson, Addy Jo, and Ella and the wife to Cody Heimericks. I enjoy learning all about how to make development and purposeful play FUN for my own kids and yours! I love being a part of the pediatric wellness movement with my whole heart. I thank you for being here to support my dream.

I earned my Occupational Therapy degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2015. Since then, I have worked in outpatient, school, and early intervention settings treating ages 0-21.

In 2022, I decided I wanted more time to provide therapy the way I envisioned it to be-without waiting periods, visit limitations, or heavy caseloads that left me feeling too burnt out to truly give each and family what they deserved. In addition, I wanted the opportunity to give children proactive treatments instead of a wait and see approach. I feel very passionate about helping children and their families. My mission is to:

  • Identify the need for help.

  • Support neurodivergence.

  • Address development issues related to sensory and/or motor skills early and vigorously.

  • Supply families with knowledge and tools they need to help their child “grow well.”

About Me

My Core Values

  • Convenient

I come to you. Raising a baby is tough! Making it to consistent appointments shouldn’t be an added stressor.

Not into mobile? Inquire about meeting me in a clinic. We have options.

  • Accessible

Choosing a “concierge” OT is like having a OT in your back pocket. Call, email, text. Milestones shouldn’t be a mystery and you don’t need to break Google. Let me be a part of your village.

  • Pediatrics

I treat children of all ages. I do focus primarily between the ages of 0-5, as so much development occurs during this time and research supports the importance of early intervention.

  • Fast

Waitlists and authorizations are a huge deterrent to your baby’s care. With many conditions (like torticollis and plagiocephaly), the sooner the better.

  • Empowering

I want nothing more than for you to feel confident and equipped with the knowledge and tools you need to help your child and navigate their development.

  • Collaborative

You and I work together to establish meaningful goals and a plan to achieve them. In addition, I am always happy to collaborate with other members of your child’s village We are all on the same team and rooting for your child’s best outcome. True progress happens when we all work together.

  • Always Growing

Just like your baby, we are always growing. As a professional I strive to stay up to date on the latest research and evidence to support your child.

Let’s grow together! No question is too big or small.
